These goats live at the Morgan Ridge Vineyard near Gold Hill, NC. My husband and I visited the winery on Fathers’ Day. After a wonderful tasting of wines Mr. Baudoin gave us a tour. The goats were outside posing on the rocks. So I was able to take a cell phone picture. If you enjoy visiting vineyards, don’t miss Morgan Ridge.

Like fine wine, it takes time to build a vineyard and winery. For Tommy and Amie Baudoin it took 10 years of planning, planting, digging, spraying, harvesting, crushing, fermenting and finally, tasting, to open their Morgan Ridge Vineyards on John Morgan Road.
